Use a service like Feedpress.I love Feedpress because it makes blog migrations very easy! Most services support RSs redirects, so all you have to do is change the URL of the feedpress feed you're using, and redirect it over. You don't have to set up a new feed each time you migrate, because you're feed is kept from the last platform. Feedpress is an alternative to Feedburner, and it isn't free, but it's definitely worth it! They also offer podcast hosting, and newsletters. Of course, you could also just use Feedburner, if you trusted Google to not kill it sometime soon. There's also FeedBlitz, if you're really serious about this stuff.
